Appdetex is looking for a Business Development Representative to work on the front line of our Sales teams. This role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads and meeting sales quotas. You will use your prospecting and communication skills to cultivate interest in Appdetex with prospects, and help secure meetings for our Sales Directors. If you are motivated, results-driven, want to pursue a career in enterprise software sales, and you enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Directors
  • Report to Sales Leadership on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Background and Required Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, New Business Sales Representative, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

The Customer Relationship Manager position is responsible for the overall customer experience (B2B), manages the customer’s domain portfolio, and is a domain industry expert. This role works closely with internal teams in a collaborative nature to brainstorm solutions to the dynamic opportunities faced by the customer. If you are internet savvy, self-motivated, enjoy learning, like working in a team and also independently, and you can think on your feet, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop customer relationships by possessing excellent interpersonal skills, and capable of being an advocate for our customer with internal development teams.
  • Prepare written communication, reports and other materials to correspond and present to customers and internal team members.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with our customers, internal teams and our vendors.
  • Manage customer domain portfolios for Fortune 500 and Fortune 50 companies.
  • Provide product feedback and work with Product Management to define and track product requirements.
  • Work independently with customers and internal teams to understand requirements, and develop both high-level and detailed project plans which will be used to guide the projects to successful outcomes with minimal supervision.

Background and Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of extensive work experience in a customer relationship focused (B2B) role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proactive team player with the ability to take initiative in learning and working with internal teams in a collaborative manner in solving problems.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment, be flexible, take ownership and provide end to end resolutions.
  • Possess self-awareness and an ability to be self-critical and self-correcting.
  • Possess the following skills: excellent verbal and written communication, time management, attention to detail, organization, prioritization, consultative, and analytical.
  • Ability to translate technical processes into easily understood information to internal and external customers and stakeholders.

The Brand Protection Analyst is an important resource to our clients. Your responsibilities include understanding the unique landscape of brand challenges for each client; leveraging technology to provide an overview of the scope of issues, and through keen awareness of each client’s needs, distilling the information into targeted data and a priority of actionable objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Configure Appdetex system discovery based on client brand(s), priorities and business problems
  • Monitor, evaluate and classify search results based on client parameters
  • Conduct investigations (as needed)
  • Generate weekly, monthly and custom ad-hoc reports
  • Attend and participate in client meetings
  • Provide product feedback to improve internal and external tools
  • Collaborate with internal and external client team members
  • Conduct takedown and enforcement work (depends on client)

Requirements:
